This area is for potential dealers only. Filling out the following dealer application will not guarantee dealer status with ADA. There are certain criteria that must be met. The application must be filled out in full and mailed to ADA with the required documents. Any application that is not completely filled out and accompanied with the specified documents will be not be processed.

Please not that ADA Racing divides its products into separate categories and you must be approved as a dealer in each category that you wish to purchase products for. Below is a list of the different categories and their respective initial minimum order amount.
1) Personal Watercraft - $750 minimum initial order - $2000 annually*
2) Go-Ped® / Scooter / RC - $500 minimum initial order - $1500 annually*
*minimum amount spent in a calendar year(January to December), not to include the initial calendar year of becoming a dealer.

**Please note, we are no longer setting up dealers for Mini MX, ATV, or Big Bike products as we have limited products in these categories and many of the products are being discontinued as we run out and priced for retail sales only.

The following required documents must be included along with your dealer application:
1) Completed and signed ADA Racing Dealer Application form.
2) A copy of your state tax resale certificate.
3) A copy of your city or county business license.
