Yes, you can pick up your order from our location. But, you need to place your order online and then select to Pickup the order. We will then send you an email when the order is ready for pickup. Depending on how busy we are, pickup orders may not be immediately ready.
No, we cannot ship to any address other than the verified billing address of the credit card. This is done to protect both us and the credit card holder against fraud. There are no exceptions to this policy. You can contact your bank and have them add an alternate shipping address, which you can then enter as your billing address during checkout.
Yes, we ship worldwide using UPS and the US Postal Service. All of the available shipping options and prices will be shown to you during the check out process. We only accept payment by PayPal from outside the US and your address must be verified and confirmed with PayPal.

In the event that you need to return a product, please email us with your reason for return and we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) Number. It is best to reply to the order confirmation that was emailed to you when you placed the order, that way we have all of your information. All product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded and items must be shipped back at the customer's expense. If your order was originally shipped free freight and by returning a part it drops the original shipment below the free freight minimum, you will be charged for freight on the original order which will be deducted from the refund on the return.
