Shipping rates are calculated based on weight. Online retail orders over $100 get FREE standard shipping within the continental US. For standard shipping we use either UPS Ground or US Postal Priority Mail at our discretion.
Terms and Conditions
- We can only ship to the credit card billing address, no exceptions! We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
- Payment on orders outside the US can only by accepted by PayPal. We can also accept payment by bank wire transfer, but you would need to contact us by email or phone.
- The credit card billing address must match and verify, if your bank does not support address verification, we cannot accept that credit card.
- Be sure to supply us with a valid email address and phone number. If we need to contact you and we are unable to, processing of your order will be delayed.
- Shipping options and costs are shown on our website, during the checkout process, before entering the payment info.
- We ship Worldwide using UPS and the Postal Service. All available options and costs are shown during checkout.
- When UPS shipping is selected, orders placed before 12pm Arizona time are usually shipped the same business day. When US Postal Service shipping methods are selected, orders placed before 8am are usually shipped the same business day. We do not guarantee same day shipping, but we try our best. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.There is no sales tax outside of Arizona. Orders shipped in Arizona are charged 7.8% sales tax.
- If you live in Arizona or southern CA(zip codes within 900xx-928xx) you will generally get your package the next business day when selecting UPS Ground.
- Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address you provide when your online order is shipped. Do not call requesting a tracking number! Please check your email, as all online orders are sent tracking numbers.
- Orders placed over the phone can request a tracking number after the allotted time has passed for the order to arrive as shown on the UPS delivery time map.
- No cash refunds after 15 days, in store credit only after 15 days
- No returns after 30 days from date of invoice, no exceptions
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- All order are subject to a 15% restocking charge
- All returns must be pre-authorized by ADA Racing and a Return Authorization Number must be issued and accompany the return. Any returns that do not include a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to the sender. To initiate a return the purchaser must email ADA Racing, explain the reason for the return and request a Return Authorization Number which shall be included on the shipping label of the parcel containing the product or part thereof
- On any order that was originally shipped free freight, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund if the return drops the order total below the free shipping amount
- All returns are shipped back at the customer's expense
- Any exchange of product will only be done if originally purchased directly from ADA Racing and must be done within 30 days of purchase. We do not do product exchanges or returns for any product NOT purchased direct from us.
